OUR HISTORY
An established history of over 45 years providing accountancy services.
1979
Holmes Peat Thorpe was established as a Chartered Accountancy partnership between three partners in Milton Keynes & Luton.
1998
Rajani & Co was founded in Wellingborough by Rakesh and Rajeshri Rajani with a mission to support small to medium-sized businesses in achieving their financial goals.
2021
Under the leadership of Javaria Sarmad, LMJ Chartered Accountants acquired Holmes Peat Thorpe. She became the new director, digitised the practice, and expanded the advisory services.
2023
LMJ Group was formed, and it acquired Rajani & Co, establishing its presence in Northamptonshire, Kettering and Wellingborough.
2024
LMJ Group expanded its presence in Leicester and Guernsey through acquiring Lilley & Co. The firm was established in 2015 and have grown its presence swiftly in these locations over these years.
