Registered Office

Many of our clients choose one of our offices as their company or limited liability company’s registered office. This is the address shown on the public register at Companies House and is the main place where Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs will send their documents, forms and returns and where official documents can be delivered.

Our clients in particular benefits from the simple and cost-effective solution we offer for those who do not wish to use their own address as their registered office for privacy or other reasons.

As your registered office, we will receive correspondence from Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf, with both organisations using our address as their sole correspondence address. The correspondence sent to the registered office address will include, but is not limited to, the following:

      •  – CT41G – Corporation Tax New Company Details (for newly registered companies)
      •  – Reminder to submit corporation tax and payment forms
      •  – Invitation to file annual accounts
      •  – Invitation to file the annual tax return
      •  – Authentication codes for new companies

We have the facility to send these correspondences to you through post or electronically.
